Though the drawing is undated, Embarcadero Two is shown in the drawing completed in 1974) while the redevelopment of 350 California Street has yet to take place (completed in 1976).

Edward J. Seibert FAIA was a world-renowned architect based in Sarasota, Florida. In 1955, he established his own firm in Sarasota (Seibert Architects) and was nationally recognized early in his career as a leader in what is now referred to as the Sarasota School of Architecture.
